i want another firearm. help me choose!

Ok guys ive been wanting another firearm to just have in the collection but i just cant seem to narrow my choices. Im not even sure if i want a shot gun, rifle, pistol etc.

I will list my firearms & their calibers and what i would like is a response telling me what i am missing from my collection.

There is no "purpose" for this gun other than to just have it.

So what am i missing here and what do you suggest i get. price range should be under 1k. thanks guys
one thing i know im missing is an AR 15. the Sig 556 is the closest thing i have to an "AR" but i dont consider it an AR. its more of an hybrid between AR & AK.

My vote goes to the GP100 but more specifically the GP100 match champion. I decided to get an old 686 first but I know the MC is still in my future.

Oh HAHA PHEW.

Are you sure you don't already have enough...just kidding there is never enough.

Like I said I just got a S&W 686. It's a beast, .38 special loads feel like 22LR out of that gun. .357 is very manageable. Accurate even with one hand (heavy). Check it out if it suits your fancy. Also, I didn't see a CZ on your list. Everyone needs a CZ, preferably two.

In my humble opinion a CMP Garand would compliment that lonely milsurp M44 quite nicely.

Dude, where is the M1 Garand? You have an impressive list of firearms but all of that isn't worth anything unless there is an M1 sitting in the same safe.

On a more serious note, get an M1 because it is a classic. It's also just a darn fun gun to shoot.

go for number 12 and drop the rest off the list, then add one more item a 45LC lever action rifle and voila, you have all the guns you need.

I have been seriously considering this. Ive got the milsurp itch after i bought the M44

I dont get what youre saying in your first sentence, a 45LC lever would be a nice compliment to the vaquero although i see the win 94 as kinda already doing this.

I don't see anything bullpup on your list. There are several carbines to choose from, as well as a couple shotguns (KSG comes to mind).

Bullpups would be cool but something like the KSG i woukd never get. I personally do not like them at all.
I would like a tavor or AUG but thats outside my price range right now

How about a single shot pistol? Contender, Encore, XP101, etc. Or, a little derringer type gun? Maybe a COP? You don't have a long distance hunting rifle like a 700ADL/BDL, model 70, etc. Have you considered a charcoal burner? You don't have a Ruger MK series or Browning Buckmark yet so, those would be my first recommendation.
