I can't speak for greensoup, but my god, people actually consider talk radio a "source of information?" Rush Limbaugh is an entertainer, like Chris Rock.

Yes and No. As stated previously, Talk Radio has been responsible for the GOP gains dating back to Clinton.

So your saying the NRA was wrong when they stated that the government is not buying up all the ammo and that their purchases were pretty much the same as they have always been. Then the NRA went on to blame us gun owners for lack of ammo due to everyone buying it up.

Maybe there where wrong as well. It's not like the NRA is perfect but yes gun owners are well went "hard into the paint" to buy ammo it may never get again.

I think you have confused the m855 with the mk262 mod 1 round. The m855 is your basic green tip with a steel penetrator; the mk262 is Open Tip Match (OTM). The m855A1 has a bronze colored tip.

M855A1 is all copper with an enhanced steel tip and at 62gr is supposed to yaw like M193 when it hits tissue.

There was plenty of ammo in the stores two weeks ago. The flippers bought it all up and jacked the prices. The people panicking are buying up regular 55 grain .223 and 5.56 now. I don't think it's the Feds buying it up now that are clearing the shelves

Correct me if I'm wrong but the M855 was banned because it was AP handgun ammo?

Just about everything I'm seeing is proclaiming (or inferring by omission) that ALL .223/5.56 ammo has been banned.

Or did I miss something?
