Just converted my Saiga-12 with a minimum of parts or dollar investment. Most importantly a mod to the PRK Arms bullet button that came on my shotgun from Peach State Guns. Anybody interested? I'll post pics if a few people respond. Just had surgery so my leg is messed up, but if this is something that's been missing from the Calguns scene I'll post what I did.

Ok, here's batch one. Until I get this gigantic cast off my leg, I won't be able to take proper pics. I had a screw plate from a Solar tactical AK BB laying around, so I used that. But, if you have a small tap, you could easily make another screw plate from some scrap. Basically, I took a hacksaw to the PRK BB, and then filed it down to fit snugly. I then took some flat aluminum stock (that you can get cheaply at a number of places), and chopped up a couple sections. Placed a single rivet to fasten the pieces together. It's really rock solid. No movement whatsoever. I'm going to refinish the entire gun in Gunkote once I heal up a bit more and can move around. Only issue with it is that I need to use a tool with a slight bend to reach into the PRK BB's hole. Allen wrenches work great. If I had it to do again, I might have opened up the hole a little to allow for a greater number of tools to work, but it's still pretty good. Magpul stock is pinned, it's 100% CA-legal.

try the new and improved solar tactical saiga 12 maglock. It will work if you've moved the factory trigger guard up for your conversion. Adam from peach state guns did my conversion and that is what he does to do the conversion.
