I installed a Holosun HS507C-X2 on my A300 using a GG&G mount. First thing I did was measure the height of the stock rear ghost sight and adjusted the GG&G mount to match. Wasn't exact - the GG&G ended up being about 15 thousands taller.
Adjusted the Holosun to match and took it to the range.
This is 4 shots of 1 1/8 oz. #8's shot at appx 20 yards - Two using the Holosum and two using the BUIS. Point of aim was the circle. I will let the results speak for themselves.
I am headed out to the desert next week where I will do a lot more shooting using different loads. We will see if the results stay the same.

Beretta A300 Patrol
Just got the Rusty Nuts 1301 MRO mount.
Threw a spare MRO on it. Mount fits the A300 perfectly. Lower 1/3 co-witness.
Kinda weird how it hangs half off the front in space, haha!!
What I?m not sure about is if you can mount it further back after removing the rear sight?
Not bad for $60.

I received mine today as well. It took a month, but that is typical firearms stuff.
No time for me to mount it for awhile. Thanks for posting your pics.
How is the cheek weld? Are you able to use your cheek or is it more chin using the MRO?Comment

It's fine. If I really get down on the stock to use the sights, I can see the dot fine, but it's low in the window.
If I mount the shotgun how I normally do (cheek lightly on the stock), the dot is in the middle of the window.
If I keep the MRO on this, I'm going to remove the rear sight. I don't like the co-witness thing. I like an unobstructed view.You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.

I use Federal LE-132 and I order it from here. It is what the gun was designed around.
