Do you think the computer you are using to post was built in the USA?

Why not replace the remaining slot screw with an allen screw, that way you only need two tools instead of three? (unless it's a third size).

These shotguns sound too good to be true.

One question though.. would you trust your life to it in a home defense situation?

Yes. Guns are not complicated machines, all of them go bang, especially a pump shogun! Similarly I'd pick a .357 revolver for a HD handgun - my family can use it even without practice and it will have far less potential for problems vs. an autoloader.

Saw it yesterday when I went to buy a Mossberg. It is true that many times they have so many sales going that the paper/web site doesn't list them all. Sometimes, for instance, they've listed their M91/30 rifles for sale, no listing for the M44, but when you get there the 44 is on sale too. Same sometimes with the combo model and regular model M500's. I've seen sometimes only the combo model is listed on sale, but when I go in the regular model is also on sale.

That's why I always call or go in. You never can tell just what you're going to find at the Big Blue Store. People can say what they want about individual Big 5 stores, but I've sure found some bargains there and even if some of their employees are clueless on guns in general, I've never had one be rude towards me.

Oh, but they are! Here are a few stores to check:

                      Mira Mesa
                      El Cajon
                      College

And if you come up empty, ask to talk to the manager at Mira Mesa and he'll get one for you at the sale price even if it's not in the paper. They have a big folder with past and future sales and can pull the sale codes.

I think it's common practice to just offer the 'sale' price at Big5 and they'll take it.

Was in the Burbank Big 5 and they had it on sale for $199 also. Played with it for a few minutes, seemed a bit heavy, but quite smooth, all metal work looked well done.

Probably would have bought it but saving pennies for a 9mm XD, if I can find any in stock.
