Cheapest I've seen in a while would be 7 cents a round. If you don't spend any time waiting on deals, you'll probably end up paying 14-18 cents.

My current 10/22 set-up likes Win. Super X subs, Aguila subs, CCI SV.
Yes I took the pic, no I didn't go swimming!

So far I've tried the following and they have cycled fine:

          Federal Bulk
          CCI Mini-Mags
          Remington Thunderbolts

The CCI were the best of the bunch. Had some issues with the other brands.

CCI Mini Mags - ~$8-9 / box of 100 (price fluctuates)

Bass pro in rancho has 22 bricks at least once a day every week. You just gotta choose when to go

The Remington Golden Bullets have been working for me. Why change something that isn't broken right?

                Fed auto match

For plinking, any bulk but remington.

Golden Bullets are the best, I posted this before. GB out shot the SK Magazine and Rem Match today (7/09) in my new to me Marlin 60 tube fed with a new Redfield 6 x 18 x 44 Revenge Varmit on top. Worse is Win bulk, Fed HP bulk.

CCI Standard and MiniMag = runs great in anything
Lapua std (aka Wolf Match) = very clean, accurate. Had a few ftf's but could've been a bad batch.
Remington 22lr = Me no like
Winchester super X = pretty good, no problems

whatever my guns can get at the cheapest price. Most often it's the federal bulk pack as I still have some.
