For Bulk ammo, I like anything made by Federal. For targets it's mostly Wolf MT or SKs +. But i haven't purchased any ammo since this time last year.

CCI runs well in my Marlin 99. Winchester bulk, and to a lesser extent, Remington bulk, both have problems cycling, with a lot of stovepipes and FTF's.

I don't like Remington thunderbolt. It shoots back sparks on my face and have duds. I like cci mini mags.

CCI Mini-mag is the brand of choice for my M&P22. CCI AR-Tactical is what I prefer for my Marly 795. My 10-22 Takedown seems to eat everything.

Hard to find CCI anywhere so I've mostly been shooting the takedown.

My 10/22 loves Remington Sub-sonic and CCI Mini Mags. The sub-sonics are a bit more accurate when shooting at 50 yards.

Blazer, cci, Winchester while box is good.

Stay away from the federal redbox stuff. It wasn't bad but I'd have maybe 3 out of 100 rounds not feed in my 10/22 td

I like CCI Mini Mags and Federal 550 Red Box from Wal Mart. Never had issues with them. Not a fan on how dirty the AE 38g CPHP rounds are and have issues with Golden Bullets. HATE Winchester M-22 - Crappy ammo.

I guess I got lucky with my pistol and rifles. They all eat up bulk CCI blazers all day long with great to decent groups. So much so I stocked up with all the bulk 500 rd packs I could find before this recent ammo panic. I get the most consistent great groups with CCI mini mags.

my 15-22 shoots anything hv...rn or hp lead or jacketed... so nowadays I buy what's available at the best price... found some mini mags at wally world and federal auto match both brands I never use to buy but because it was in stock at walmart it was by far the best deal I could find... also managed to get two thousand rounds of Remington from cabelas... 36ghp... all feed reliably and accurately... now my old savage 64 hates anything hp it seems and loves rn lead rounds... I usually save the mini mags and federal for that rifle hoping to find some cci blazer bulk someday..I like that stuff to

When I was shooting bullseye, I would use Wolf Match Target for matches and Aguila SE Standard Velocity for practice. Accuracy and reliability at that price point was the best I could find. For accuracy testing, I use both brands as a benchmark. Eley Tenex does shoot better out of my guns, but not to the point it justifies the extra cost.

When it comes to finding ammo that works with a variety of .22 rimfires, CCI Minimags seem to run in everything. If I have a gun that won't run CCI Minimags, I suspect the gun and not the ammo.

Fortunately, most of my plinkers will run just about anything, including the Federal and Reminton bulk packs. Accuracy is acceptable for plinking.

In order of preference for accuracy.

                          1. Lapua Center-X
                          2. SK Std +
                          3. Wolf Match Target (supposedly the same as the Wolf MT but does shot a hair better)
                          4. Eley Sport (as accurate as Wolf MT but with the occasional flyer)
                          5. Federal 711B (more flyers than Eley Sport)

                          For Pistols and rifle plinking.

                          1. Federal AutoMatch
                          2. American Eagle HV 38gr HP
                          3. Centurion HV 40gr
                          4. Federal Bulk
                          5. Anything else I can find at pre-panic prices.

                          On order yet untested.

                          1. Case of Eley Target (arrives tomorrow and expect it to shoot as good or better than the SK Std+ and Wolf MT)
                          2. Case of Aguila SE Standard Velocity (ordered from CMP, no idea when it will arrive, if ever)

cci mini mags are the best in my .22's -> but some of my guns still run well with the bulk stuff ie federal blue box, remington golden bullet etc

however right now being that finding .22lr is SO HARD I will buy almost anything that is high velocity - FMJ's or hunting/defense HP's
                                I mainly shoot .22lr, 9mm,45 acp, 357 & 38, 12G, 7.62x39, .308, .223/556, 7.62x54r, 300 win mag, 8x57
