FYI. Cabelas just called me on my glitch order for another round of Blazer substitutions. They called me earlier this week and I swapped out the CCI tacticals and chootems. It looks like they still have blazer to swap out back orders. This time it was for the Winchester 525 pack but she asked if I wanted to swap out the federal automatch, also. I told her I'll wait on the federal.

Gander's website was fine until their inventory hit Gunbot. I was able to get my orders in flawlessly within the first 15 minutes of it showing in stock. Once it hit Gunbot the floods rushed in and brought the server to its knees.

I can't believe how crazy this whole rimfire ammo thing is. I was just in my email doing some work when an email came in about .22 shorts at targetsportsusa. I instantly clicked on it, put a few in my cart and couldnt make it through checkout before they were gone (and im a fast typer). .22 shorts?? Are you kidding me, I used to see the same boxes on shelves for months. Everyone must be using those page monitors. I have tried but never could get them to work right. They just kept beeping every time the page refreshed itself.

So today's drop got me thinking. These hundreds and thousands of people that crashed gander. Shooters or flippers? Nice that there was a bunch available, but depending on who gets it the shortage might not be so over. You can probably charge lots of ammo on credit cards.

Anybody else with a glitch order (or other order) from Cabela's where they were called and offered a replacement have their item ship only to see that they were charged again for shipping? I just checked my email and was charged an additional $5.95 for the replacement but I already had paid for shipping on the previous order. I called CS and the rep apologized and refunded me the $5.95. +1 more for Cabela's.
