Are blazers really that good that they justify the $37 OTD pricetag??

Yes and no.
There was a time I thought I had all the ammo I would ever need. Then one day I noticed I was down to scary low levels. I too can't do the waiting in line that others might be able to, so my opinion is, for now, if I can get in under 7.5 cents a round to my house I will take what I can get until I get back to a comfortable level. Is it a price I feel good about, hell no...but it's still better than paying the gouging prices when I "need" to shoot my .22 and I am near out. I hope one day to joke about the days I paid so much for ammo, but lets be honest, in 5 years we will be wishing we could re live the glory days of 7.5 cents a round. Everyone has their opinions on hoarders (and gougers) but my personal experience has taught me that "enough ammo" doesn't exist.

Please people stop buying .22 all together. The prices are insane and if we don't let it stack up its going to keep climbing in price. If we could somehow not buy ammo at all for a month prices and availability would get much better.

And if no one bought gas for 3 days the prices would go down too...except that's not reality.

They are not magic but shoot well out of my cz 452 and are available. In the wine world, I'd consider them a good QPR (quality price ratio) Some other ammo shoots tighter groups for me, but availability and price seem to work.

But as always on the interwebs YMMV.

Mine should go to jail Wednesday. Extra Mags are Stupid expensive for a newish model. But Not as Uber Stupid expensive as a Beretta 87 Mag I just got.

Don't feel bad, there are plenty of us out there that have no 22lr yet. I just ordered my first brick of blazers today...I feel lucky, and relieved to finally get some ammo

Thanks for the heads up on the blazers! It is not often that I have access to my computer during the day time so I miss all the ammo deals. I know I am basically a newb but I have done my homework and found some links on my own. One request that do I have is if anyone would be so kind. I recently bought a savage .17wsm and cannot find ammo to save my life. Does anyone have a gander link for .17wsm ammo or any other retailer for that matter?

Thank you, I think I do have a cart with the .17wsm in it already. I have scored a couple boxes of the 25gr variety through Cabelas. I would really like to try the 20gr stuff. Anyone else have a gander link or anyone info on any other online retailers that seem to carry it?
