So what's going on....
If you go to the "store front" .22 shows OUT OF STOCK and you can't add it to the cart. Some nice folks here have done some Scripts work to artificially load the stuff into a cart even though it's out of stock on the store front.
The key point is there are two systems at Cabelas -
1)"Store Front" that gives you the SMOOTH consistent customer experience and lets you fill a shopping cart. So far most .22 will not show in stock on the Cabelas store front. There is a lag between ammo coming into the wear house and the store front showing it in stock.
2)The ordering and inventory secure site is the system that actually SELLS STUFF.
So when you go to check out with the artificially "Built" cart it then tries to reconcile what you have in the store front cart with what's REALLY in the warehouse via the ordering and inventory system.
So when you get all the errors that's just telling you that that stuff has "sold out" SINCE you put in the cart. AGAIN - IT THINKS you built the cart and stuff sold out after you put it in the cart. We know it wasn't there to begin with...
What is left after you hit checkout is what's REALLY in inventory. Yes this is gaming the system.
So hit "checkout" - if there's anything left in your cart CONGRATULATIONS, you get some .22!
If not, try again later or watch for posts here to know when to HIT IT.
