They sure do! One of my orders from the 6th shipped out Monday and arrived today! That was quick! Another order was shipped today...choot 'ems were on the way, too! I feel like a little kid again...

Special ammo? Well a little more accurate that bulk HV ammo in most rifles but not as good as entry level match ammo like Wolf MT, SK Std+ or Eley Target. For plinking there's better options at lower cost. Some rifles will shoot the CCI SV very well, just gotta test it in your own rifle to know. Nothing special in my rifles. At .$10/round I can get SK Std+ for just $.01 more per round.

I bought a case of this at $285. After shipping it ended up being $335 to my door. Kinda expensive. I heard it's basically Aguila. It didn't shoot well out of my target rifle so I got rid of most of it.

If SB 53 passes I will not be buying another round of ammo in this state ever again, period. I am not buying a ammo permit.

And even if it stays dead this session it'll be back next year, guaranteed, possibly with new sections to close whatever workarounds people have suggested this time around.

The only real issue to my mind is if it's worth stocking up now or waiting for a sweet spot when even if prices aren't much better limits will be and you can combine shipping. Personally I'm kind of broke and pretty well prepared already so I'm done with .22 for the year (I just read this on daily digest at this point).

I into account the price per round AND shipping before I pull the trigger and order.

Also as you mentioned, it's prudent to add more ammo to your order to offset the shipping costs. Somehow I have a large assortment of 22 and buckshot...

Deleon has been trying to stop Internet sales of ammo for years.

His AB962 that passed in October of 2009 took three tries to make it.
Imagine for three years in a row he kept shoving in the same bill.
Third time was a charm and it was signed into law. Before it was inacted,
it was taken to court and declared unconstitutional.

Now he is back with a bigger, badder bill.

This one includes ALL ammo and you have to get a permit to buy it.
It also stops all Internet sales.

Nice huh? If it does pass, it will again have to be litigated.

We can only hope that this scumbag dies or is voted out of office.
That is the only way to stop this guy.

Look at it this way... if you had blown all that cash on a pretty new gun instead of .22lr, while it's true you could be sitting in your living room fondling it, you still would have needed to then proceed to spend a LOT more on ammo (assuming you could find it, hopefully at a good price) to feed said new toy. Now, instead, you can hit the range and start shooting some of that .22lr ammo!

You can also fondle your ammo in public without getting arrested!
