My Account details say it is "Being Picked" and they emailed me a order confirmation "ORDER RECEIVED" that looks normal except says "back ordered" for the status in the order details.

Too good to be true. They emailed and had to change my order to drop the Bucket of Bullets.

Oh well, at least I got the MiniMags.

Yeah, me, too, but 2800 rounds of GBs (at ~5 cents per round!) would have been nice to have on hand, too.

I tried to take over a closet in our house for my mancave and safe that was about to be delivered. That led to a fight w/ my wife, and returning first safe order to Amazon. Now a new safe is on way. Gonna let my wife decide where to put it! At least I got a better safe on the 2nd order...

I think you are in luck. They do not allow returns on ammo. So you have no choice but to keep it.

Geesh... that's a whole thread in itself. In my case, she just knows how many shipping boxes and usually doesn't see or care to get a round count.

I'm sure there's a bunch of guys on here who have to explain how come they get packages everyday (or to hear my GF tell it, it is everyday).

She's not really into the whole gun rights or ammo stockpile thing. Thank goodness our money is still separate.

Yup. Plus, have the boxes delivered to the office. No need to rub her face in it.

My wife just sees the pile of ammo cans stacked in the spare room, and some in the closet in there. She doesn't care enough to know how many rounds. Adding yet another box to the mess wouldn't be noticed.

It can actually LOOK worse than it is... Cabela's HUGE box with one little Choot 'em and Viper in it. I break down the boxes ASAP and run them out of the house to recycling and run my ammo to storage - ASAP!

HAHA! I would totally do the same thing. Actually, I do on stuff I buy from Walmart...tear it down ASAP and get rid of any plastic bags.

On online orders, I ship everything to my parent's house. They're more understanding...
