Any great outdoor ranges in the Valley? I prefer not to shoot on BLM land. I'm a bit paranoid I'll get arrested.

There's an outdoor range in Yucca, but you have to be a member to attend. 2nd Amendment Sports in Palm Desert is indoor, but why pay somebody to shoot? We're limited to BLM land here, and not sure why you'd feel paranoid...

If anyone is in Northern California (Rohert Park, Santa Rosa, Petaluma) and you are willing to pay outrageous prices for .22 LR $75.00 for 525 rounds. There are a few shops with a ton of .22 LR up here.

Roughly $9.00 for 50 rounds of CCI
Roughly $75.00 for 525 rounds of remington

The prices suck, but there is ammo if you want to head up to Northern California Area.

Wish I could have afforded to grab 10, but I just picked up 4 (with free shipping but $9 ammo surcharge!) for $128.96, that's 6.1 cents per round.
