My Gander order from 2/27 still has not shipped. It says "in process" and each individual item says "to be picked". I only placed the one order that day and obviously did not double dip. Does this sound odd to anyone?

Yep those blazers have been a tease today. Had it in my cart earlier today and it disappeared on me signing in.

Mine from the 27th showed "in process" this morning and it now shows "shipped". They did however send me an email @ 11:something that same night telling me the order had shipped. It seems there email system is a little faster than the order's updating on the site. Maybe they sent you an email?

Ok, I've had over 50 PMs....answered them after checking them out.

I think they got them in the SW forum because I seen a link from there on FB, but it was someone who comes here who posted that link at SW!

There's no need to lock people out...

There's no need to move this to Off-Topic...

Folks who are serious about ammo finds will figure out how to make their own shopping carts and retrieval links.

Folks who are drive-by visitors looking for a quick fix will whine and cry and eventually move on or hit the Marketplace....

However, I think it is possible for the Mods to do one thing - limit this thread to posters who have 100 or 200 or 300 posts or more.

Some BBS software allows that at least on a forum basis - not sure on a thread basis.

rabbitman... FYI, not sure post limits will do the job? I have 77 (at the moment) but have been on this ammo find thread for over 6 months. Posted links before that on other threads on CG. Tried to help others out when I found stuff by posting it on here... Does that mean I should not be allowed? Someone else could have joined 2 days ago from FB and made 100 random posts?

I dont charge through the roof flipping, or screw people over by "trading" my crap for their quality stuff, or really care much what others do... but dont think a post limit will help. (just my .02)

I also think that post limits will not solve the problem, as i have been getting ammo off of this thread for a while(appleseeds burn a lot of ammo ) but i simply do not have a ton of posts here, but i have been a member for quite a while now.

Yea I took a break for 3 months and came back in Jan. When I first came in Around July(?) i was helping by posting instock notices for midway and a few others. But now it seems everyone is on their game and knows already or it goes OOS by the time you post.

Guys, as I said before, the cat's out of the bag already. All you can do is learn from the experience going forward. There's no undoing what's been done. All it takes is for one guy on the FB group to figure out the cart-making deal and they will all be back in business. It's not that hard and they're not all dummies over there. Again, just remember that anything you post in here IS visible to anyone in the world. It is an OPEN forum. "Ammo finds" pretty much sums it up. It was the intent of the thread originally and should remain that way. Just be careful when you're posting something that can have an impact on the overall supply such as the backdoor links and the tools which can overload the vendors sites.
