Even in my younger days (many many years ago) I never shot bottles at the range.... my cousin and I would shoot em as they floated down the river instead, lol. At least the fish can't step on that broken glass.
And yes, I do know its very illegal to do that, but that was way back when in a different California than today.... I always try to leave the range better than the way I found it now days. But damn shooting those moving bottles in the water was fun with our Colt AR-15s..."You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
