A year from now they'll be in the market place - $300 I'm sure.1. Compared to what?
2. At what cost?
3. What hard evidence do you have?

Thinking a Roster premium for a non roster revolver???
Why would they be jacked up to $300 when anyone (that's legal) can buy one for $179-$199 depending on where ya shop.
I could see Ruger bumping the price once and IF they offer 22mag and or adjustable sights. Right now they're competing with Heritage, which I actually just shot my 6.5 22mag/22lr, adjustable sight version yesterday and was quite happy with it at $180 for a 22/22mag with TruGlo fiberoptic sights. Plus it's got a VERY light trigger!
Only thing I like about the Wrangler over the Heritage, so far is the Transfer bar safety instead of the hammer block thinigie HH RR has, which takes a little getting used to.
I see the Bronze model come in my emails from various vendors notifications as "in stock" then sold out within 45 mins so far, with the other colors slightly behind in speed of sales.Comment

Did you read I noted it was roster exempt????
YES that IS correct and also what I indicated, so why would the sale price jump to "$300 here on the resale Market Place venue?
I think HH RR has lowered their pricing somewhat on some models.Comment

I got the call and DROS'ed my silver Wrangler today!
I really like the feel of it, it's a nice solid gun and nothing felt 'cheap' on it.

This is serious impulse buy territory. I really want an SP101 in 22LR, but might just pick up one of these instead...

I do like mine a lot, but I got a really good deal on it from a no-reserve auction even with the FFL fee. Now, I would shop the GP100 .22 also and compare. Any price difference might be mitigated by the fact that you probably have to buy new grips to even hold the SP101. With Hogues it is adequate. GP100 gives you 2 more rounds too. I think grips and spring kit are a given for the SP101.Comment
