Got the call today for my bronze order from Turner's Salinas.Comment

Finally got to handle mine today also. Was very pleased with how it felt. Fit and finish was great. The loading gate was not as hard to manipulate as some of the reviews I saw. Trigger felt nice and I was pleased with the weight. Was expecting it to be much lighter and toy like but it was very solid. So far, pleased with the purchase but will wait till I get to shoot it before making and conclusionsComment

Ironic that some of us are still waiting to pick ours up, and one has already been sold here.

What was the selling price? Wondering if I should back run over to Sportsman Warehouse here in Albuquerque where I saw 2 black ones hanging on the wall this AM. Buy'em and resell them to Calgunners in Kommifornica.Ironic that some of us are still waiting to pick ours up, and one has already been sold here.

It was heavier that I thought it would be to. I thought the barrel would be steel sleeved aluminum like on the LCR. However when I sent Ruger an email they confirmed that the barrel was solid steel. So the only alloy parts are the frame and grip frame, with the cylinder and barrel are made of steel. Finally got to handle mine today also. Was very pleased with how it felt. probably no more than $200.
anyone paying over that price is stupid since this is a single action .22lr revolver, which is like the bottom of the list of guns that would be banned or even thought of to be banned.
ruger will catch up to demand by the end of this year. the market for this is much smaller than for their PCC they released last year.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... That's what makes a gun valuable to you? Whether it's on the roster or not?probably no more than $200.

no, but how scared liberals are of the gun is what i keep in mind when i decide what guns to purchase in what order with my limited funds.
i don't have thousands of dollars to spare every month to buy guns like some on here.
i at most can buy 1-2 guns a year. and if i'm deciding between two guns, the one with higher risk of being either knocked off roster or banned will get priority over something that won't.
like i would never be in a rush to purchase a muzzle loading black powder gun. that has near zero chance of being banned.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace...
