    Hey,

    I have used them multiple times but I never needed assistance in placing an order O.0.... Sounds like a friend of mine who would go thru a drive-thru and make the order so complicated the service staff never failed to mess it up lol. Sucks that you had issues but to be honest small taters bud lol. I did miss the scope issue though so i' am a little behind.

      Haha you know... I have mixed feelings about them. They have been absolutely amazing and absolutely horrible. There have been 2 incidents where I talked to a rep on the phone to verify an item was in stock and after being told it was, it was ordered then immediately put on forced backorder. That was 2 different occasions about 4 months apart. Another time I ordered an eotech 556 and magnifier on a deal. I verified the deal with a phone rep and ordered it. 2 days later I got the holosight but no magnifier. They canceled the magnifier order because they "realized they were losing too much money with this deal." They told me that I had to order the magnifier separately at full price and that the only deal they had left was with the 551. Since I had just mounted the 556 for zeroing they wouldnt take it back in exchange, not that I wouldve.
      On the upside a few years back, I needed a set of Laser Safety Lenses for my safety glasses prior to deployment because military logistics sucks at times. I ordered a set of ESS ones and saw a day later they were on backorder. I called and told them to cancel my order because I was leaving in 4 days. They customer service rep said "oh you're deploying? Hold on please, let me see what I can do." I sat on hold for about 7 minutes while in line at the mcdonalds drive thru on base and when the cust serv rep came back, she apologized for the long wait then explained to me that she contacted the manufacturer directly and that the manufacturer was overnighting the lenses to me directly free of charge. ESS also threw in an extra safety glasses frame with clear lenses, case, smoke lenses and hd lenses along with 5 cleaning clothes. That was extremely awesome. That was also in 2007 and the bad experiences were within the last 2 years. Like I said, I have mixed feelings. One thing that did piss me off was when the phone rep tried to "compensate my misfortune" by offering a 5% off order coupon code... The same freaking code they gave me in my order packing slip that came with my eotech 556! Sigh... Im sad now... Someone sell me a .22lr upper to make me feel better...
