If you hold an FFL03 + COE, as many of us do, you can cash and carry a C&R long gun, regardless of age. But you do have to self register and send the CADOJ a $19.00 extortion fee for the privilege of doing so. That's why I wrote we can "sort of" cash and carry now.

Sent away for my COE, 3 days ago. Let's see if we can change things a bit.
Have this enroute while I wait for my C&R to have some value again (in CA).
Now I just have to find somebody that has 32S&W Short (BP).

I wont be purchasing any C&R's unless they're a super sweet deal or something special. I made a thread about why this sub forum bums me out, so I see no need to go over it again, lol.

I just won an auction! For a laminated 91/30 that I loved the wood grain on.
All I know, the California laws are all about money. Liberal or conservative, they want a piece of the pie. Well. As much of the pie as they can get.
I quit going to my church when they went on about supporting gun laws and all that.
So I got my COE and C&R to minimize the cost out and away I go.

for us without a C&R lic life goes on as normal. In fact for us poor folks that cant buy another rifle every few days it is refreshing. selfish, cruel, YES.

Why not get a C&R FFL. There is no excuse and even without a COE NV is close enough to make a few trips a year. Over the three years even with only a few purchases it will save you money. And what about the cool factor.

I hope the idiots that came up with this bs all die in a plane crash or something, really kinda screws up a big part of being a collector and shooter.
Congratulations on your very Christian attitude and remarks.

It keeps me from buying more. I can't afford any right now... or this year...
