You need it notarized once every 3 years.

So page 2 or 3 needs only to be notarized once every 3 years? I didn't do it this time and purchased a year ago notarized

Pretty sure page two is the only one needing to be notarized. Or at least that's what the checklist on page 4 says.

Well, I heard the HRAs are pretty nice. But that's only from what I've read in this thread.

Yup, add my name to the list of those that sent in his paper today for an HRA Service Grade. I agree Vita, it's gonna be a LONG 60-90 days. Also tossed in two cans of the Greek M2 Ball.

Lol, the biggest problem I had with my forms is that my club, doesn't have membership cards or anything of the like. So I got it signed by the guy in charge on page 4a. I put that one in front, hope they notice it.

You might consider putting in the order now with the idea that it will be a couple of months before they hit your credit card anyway.

they cashed my check 20 days ( 14 business days ) after they received my order......

They cash checks as soon as they open the envelope so it will be cleared by the time they get to the order. They don't charge credit cards until a couple of days before they ship.
