My priority mail showed as delivered for and signed yesterday, so... probably 2-3 weeks until I get a DBU email

For reference, my order at this time last year took 3 weeks from day of mailing to rifle in my hands.
          This is not a complaint.

Definitely. Like I said, just a reference of timeframe this year vs last.

                Sir,

All orders received or post marked prior to the "sold out" announcement will be honored. If for some reason the order cannot be filled when it advances to the Sales Department, you will be contacted.

                Thank you,

I sent my paperwork for the .30-06 CMP Special this morning. I really wanted to get a Service HRA too, but I thought that would be financially irresponsible. If they still have HRAs later this year, I'll get one then.

Funny coincidence. I orderwd a special and a service too! It took a month for them to recieve my order. I got a number but the order still isnt processed. The email was basically a notifcation of acknowledgement haaha. Said it would be 30-60 more days.

Yep, it kept me up last night because I was only buying one, not two. I'm sure if I bought two, I'd have still been kept up. Good that you could afford two.

But now to play the waiting game.

                          just a fyi,
I sent my order in, got the DBU, then today I got an email saying I didn't get page 2 notarized.

I had been told by supposedly knowledgable persons (not by CMP) that if you already had a cust# on file you did not need the notarized signature, so I didn't.

CMP said you absolutely do have to have it notarized.

The way I interpreted it was that if you get the recurring buyer notorized then youre good for 3 years. Otherwise its has to be to notarized everytime.

You need it notarized once every 3 years.

That is probably why, it's been close to 3 years since I purchased with them, although they still have my sales info on hand.

Anyway my screw up and I got it done and back in the mail. thanks again
