You know I'm a big proponent of getting a second 03 C&R to be able to side step some things.

But I got it really to be able to get pistols and things like the Yugo M59 sent to me without having to go through an 01/07 Dealer in CA.

I also got it to deal with those small GB dealers that has that one C&R I've been looking for but won't ship to CA.

I did not get it to deal with these large companies that need a "Plateteotomy".

What is a "Plateteotomy" you ask? It is when they cut out a large piece of your chest and replace it with a plexiglass plate so you can see what you're doing while your head is up your ***.

Edit: Just want to make sure you understand that they not you need the "Plateteotomy".

I got my AZ C&R based on another post by Morrcarr67 outlining it. I was very clear to ATF that I had a CA 03 FFL and wanted one for when I stay in AZ, which happens a lot more since I retired. If the real estate market ever recovers, I plan on moving out of CA totally. I got the second one in half the time it took for the first one.

Funny how I showed my sig to my personal friends and they laughed their *** off and shook their heads in agreement. I guess where just the crazy ones after all

Well I have had good luck with Samco especially since I got three nice Czech mausers and they did call me saying that they were German Marked and not the one they had posted on their website. Money, transaction and deliver was on par with the money so I figure I give them another run. Turns out it was just one and done deal. I will do bidness with them but not from California.

I am currently in the process of getting my NC C&R so hopefully things will go smoother. Just a shame because their Hakims are all sold out and were at a nice price. O well, lesson learned. Another reason to get out of this failed state.

And yes paul, Hurricanes, Volcano, twisters, white outs, mosquitoes, red necks, and white lightning sign me up. Grew up in the environment and now it looks better than ever.

north carolina is a good place to be if you love guns and freedom. not so much here in kalifornia.

OP, if you're going to put a "clever" political statement in your sig, be ready to explain and/or defend it when somebody asks.
Side-stepping with evasive non-answers does not prove your point.
"My friends thought it was cool" is an exceedingly weak defense.
Using a language other than english and then misspelling the words is a net loss.
Blaming misspellings on your technology (or lack of mastery over it) may fly when the mistake occurs in a quickly typed post, but allowing the goofs to persist in something like your sig is just sloppy, and makes you appear ignorant.
