I have an FFL down the highway that charges $0 for ammo being shipped, so it's fine, but also, it's not....

    Any one else encountered this?

Some counties SF Bay Area and Los Angeles area have passed even more restrictive laws in re ammo purchasing pre prop 63 that are still in effect. They site fears porch pirates will steal the ammo and go on shooting rampage. Perhaps they should concentrate more on arresting porch pirates.

      Out-of-state non-licensee online purchase, C&R long gun:

Seller ok to ship directly into CA to a FFL03 COE holder?

      If so....
What do I log in the logbook for seller? Name, address and Drivers license number?

And register in CA within five days of receiving... BOF 4100A

      Have I got that right?
