Do you know of anyone with production records on the various "Trapper" models, i.e. 1894, .30-30, 15 1/5" bbl, #923000?

                          From Bert:
"Unfortunately for all of the many collectors and interested people, all of the remaining pre-64 factory warehouse records (serial numbers 354,000 - 2,600,000+ were destroyed by burning them during the 1950s. Undoubtedly, all of the caliber, and the Rifle versus Carbine production number ratios would change drastically if the records were available for serial numbers 354,000 - 2,600,298. The Polishing Room Serialization Record Books (PRSRBs) which contain nothing more than just the serial number, fortunately survive up to serial number 1,352,066, which was manufactured on December 29th, 1945."

                            Hey Trap,

Just joined the forum to ask about a Model 94, chambered in .30 W.C.F. with serial number: 900666

The rifle belonged to my great grandfather, grandfather, and uncle, who now just passed it on to me.

                            Thanks!

Helluva way to end a serial number, bad pun intended.
Made early in 1920, with 31,486 made that year.
