C&R FFL Application Form ATF 7CR - use the official BATFE PDF form!

On the FFL form, am I required to fill out Part B, as a responsible person, or is that ONLY for adding addition names, and Part B can be left blank when mailing it in?
I'm assuming not needed; but want to make sure!

As I re-read the definition of Responsible Persons, it includes the sole proprietor; which would be me, as holder of the C&R license...
So, I guess I answered my own question with "Yes" fill out part B.

I surprisingly revived my COE faster than I expected submitted 8/11 and was approved today. Still waiting of the C&R license, hopefully soon.... My credit card was charged the 16th

Online. I got mine a lot faster than I was exepecting only thing I can think of is I just had my live scan done 2 weeks prior for my CCW and maybe that's why? Idk kinda doubt it but never know.

I didn't even see the online option until a couple weeks after I mailed it. Kinda wish I knew that was an option, but at the same time, this gives me a reason to go to the mailbox.

On 8/19/17 I completed the Livescan, applied for the COE and mailed my FFL 03.
My COE was issued 9/12/17. The website is quirky and would not let me access through my phone. Additionally, I have a suffix to my name which is on my DL and is on my DOJ profile but I can't seem to get to print on the COE or the letter from the AG so I've given up on that for now; deal with it later if it's an issue.

Per my review DOJ is all online for COE now; application to certificate.

Waiting on the FFL now; CC charged about a week after mailing.

C&R - Mailed 8/23 and CC was charged on 8/28.
COE - Applied online after getting my live scan on 8/25.

FFL03 - Received 9/18 - 26 days
COE - Received 9/14 - 20 days

Starting to think something isn't right with mine...when I call the automated live scan number, and it just says both the state and federal "response is still in process".

Sent a contact request to BOF yesterday, they called today, they gave me the "usually takes 90-120 days speech".

Guess it's time to start looking for a phone number to follow up on the FFL 03 next.

Have you heard anything back? My FFL came yesterday

Huh. Already got my 03FFL today...
03FFL and COE both received within 26 days from mailing it in.

I've looked everything over and don't see anything I've missed. Even if there was, I would have thought by now they would've sent a letter saying I forgot this or that.

Same situation.
Livescan on October 9th, applied that same day though CFARS.
My COE was issued on the 10th. . It probably went super fast because I already had a COE which had expired two years ago.

Mailed FFL03 paperwork on the (October) 9th as well.
ATF cashed the check on Oct 16th.
Still waiting for packet to arrive.

i did my C&R but didnt know about the COE at that time. ATF already cashed the check, still waiting on license to come. should i get the COE now? do i just go to live scan and then go online with CFARS to do that??? thanks for help

I just used the CFARS page to access the payment form for the C&R eligible levergun and handgun I brought in from Arizona. That was really quick and easy.
