What if your not buying or selling..but trading or bartering? Ammo loading parties?

The other question I have is in regards to these things being 'crimes'.. Are they felonies or misdemeanors?

If this law in anyway affects interstate commerce, then by law it is illegal. Only congress holds that authority.

They call these laws as public safety reason. Then Why wait until Jan 2019? maybe they wish for more attacks so they can ban and push more outrageous BS !!

Certain gun control groups stated a couple years ago that the best method to control and eventually eliminate firearms in the hands of the citizenry was via ammunition elimination either via taxation or outright banning under the guise of public safety.

The anti-gun folks are quite open on their plans and eventual end-game.

Looks like their playbook is in the first quarter.

Another hypothetical: I go to the range with friends all the time and we share ammo (no money changes hands). One guy will shoot 30 on this rifle and another will shoot 30 on another.

None of the ammo law governs this, correct? It will still be legal in 2019 to hand boxes of ammo to friends at a range? Does the 50 round section apply here? That section does not say anything about ranges.

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

                      Exactly.

I recommend buy a small car to travel back and forth from the bay area to Reno or Vegas from L.A. area.

I forsee LOTS of deals in the future from second to third party buyers...

I'm sorry, but just the fact that this question even has to be asked is un-freaking-believable.

"SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" is seemingly pretty clear to me.

I hope that y'all in Californistan stand up to this garbage and get this fixed whether in the courts or public hangings.

Yep, at the POE/Ag Station Truckee:

"Do you have any fruits, vegetables or ammo?"
Answer no and move on, say yes they'll pull you over for a paperwork inspection, OR you get stopped for doing 75 in 65 (like everyone else on I-80 or for whatever reason) CHP asks do you have any weapons OR ammo in the vehicle? Say no, you give false info to a LEO, say yes and they want to see your paperwork. Gee you just bought 100rds of 22lr or 50 rds of 9mm at Cabelas in Reno? As they're locking the bracelets on you realize this ain't gonna be just a ticket!

Same thing down south of Topaz Lake on 395 BUT on HWY 50 you just drive around the AG station if you are a "Local or Returnee from Lake Tahoe". They don't have the capacity to handle the thousands of vehicles that go through there.

                          Gonna get interesting!

I remember during the last shortage some small town PD's were receiving donations from some of the locals in order for their officers to perform their monthly range qualifications.

Just because you are in another state doesn't mean you are not insulated from changes. What happens in California sends shock waves out to the other states. "Shall not be infringed" seems to fall on deaf ears in the current administration.
