Aaron thats Ok I think Ill keep it
      honestly Im kinda excited
as for a 03 club I think that would be a good idea
im sure there are people out these who know alot about the gun and how ro find parts/service and it would be a good idea to pool our resources
I dont think we need to start a new site though
we could ask the moderators here if we could start a sub forum

I ordered one last time they were available. I got a bad barrel. Still looking for a 1903 barrel.

I'd join too. I have two A3s, one in original shape and one beautifully sporterized.

According to customer service (12 noon today) they are processing orders from 10/29. Honestly, from the CMP forum postings, I think I may have gotten my order in too late (CMP received 11/6). After all, there were only a small amount of barreled actions anyway and many people apparently just drove to the south store that Monday.

CMP today listed almost all M1903 & A3, complete rifles and Barreled Actions, as sold out. They believe they will be able to fill all orders in DBU status. Also today, my order for two SC M1903A3s posted to the Estore. I believe today is the first day for any to post as OPEN.

Well Im glad I picked one up the weekend at the Glendale gun show. I paid 150 more but I also know its a good rifle and in good shape.

BTW what does BDU status mean? I never recieved an email from them so that means no rifle correct?

Wait just a second there, Marine. That was my idea first! If we're going to have an 03 gang, I'm going to be the boss, see?

Just kidding of course, but yeah I'm in. I'll see if anyone is can make a forums signature for us, but for right now I'll just type it in.

Its DBU. Don't Bug Us. They sent a note saying they have you order and to give them a month to process it before you start hounding them asking where your rifle is.
