Does anyone know, what AK Variant was the FIRST to have a 3 Round-Burst Option ?

I'm not sure which was first, but both the Romanian AIM-74 and the Polish Tantal feature tri-burst capability. They also have different fire control group parts from each other. The Romanian AIM-74 has a single safety/selector to switch back and forth from safe, semi, trib-burst, and full auto. The Tantal has a safety selector only for safe and fire selection, and a second selector on the other side for single, tri-burst, and full auto.

AIM-74 is the export name for the Puşcă Automată model 1986
The correct name for the Tantal is Kbk wz. 1988 Tantal.
So based on their military designations, the AIM-74 was introduced into service a couple of years before the Tantal.
