Anyone regret passing up an "entry level" rifle pre-shortage?

My M&P Sport was $645...in 2011

Turners once had a calguns member only special on an M&P Sport for $499 or maybe $599(I don't recall which but it was a deal you couldn't pass up). But at the time I said to myself I didnt need another AR.

Trust me sir, you made a good choice by walking away from Delton.

I will respectfully disagree with the above. I bought a BNIB DT Sport for $600. It has performed flawlessly through 1K of ammo and feels like it is just breaking in.

I wish I grabbed another Romy G rebuild (made by a fellow calgunner).. but I had to go on a 3 month internship in NYC and was planning to grab it when I got back... obviously the times had changed when I got back..

Not really... I pretty much got what I wanted before any of this drama started...

Only thing I really want to add is a nice semi-auto shotgun for clays and another bolt action rifle but I saw those on the shelf at Turners available to DROS...
