    Thoughts on this AK74

With the price of ammo for the 74 I would like to stay with the AK74. That said has anyone owned this gun? Feedback? Thanks again guys.

Saiga conversion with no welding done. You bring me a unconverted Saiga and I can build you a better gun then that.
Gas block hasn't been changed, no welding, the trigger guard has been tucked under the mag tower instead of being welded or swapped for an AK style.
The stock isn't AK 74 type.

      HOLY GOD! $870!!!
This isnt anything more than a converted Saiga! Even looks like old Romanian throw away wood.
You realize you can convert your own Saiga and have the same damn thing for around $500, right?
Someone correct me if Im wrong, but a cote of guncoat and "nickle plated" bolt carrier doesnt change the fact this is a converted Saiga.

Mine cost way less than that.

Got all my stuff for cheap at Saiga12 forums.
North Carolina shooters had the complete trigger group and everything else pretty cheap too.

You can get the cheap s**t from RCM (he's a sponsor of CGN) if you want wood then you'll need to do a little looking around. Gte a Tapco G2, if your builder knows what he's doing then the mod for the BHO is very simple and easy to do. If your doing the build and need some info you can PM me.
Not that I know anything but I have done a couple of these in my time.

I would go with a converted saiga if it was up to me
That punk pulled a Glock 7 on me. You know what that is? It's a porcelain gun made in Germany. Dosen't show up on your airport X-ray machines, here, and it cost more than you make in a month.

Did you clink the link? That rifle is a converted Saiga, a bad conversion but a conversion none the less.

Sweet Black Baby Jesus that is WAY too much. Especially for something that highlights it is an expensive saiga conversion with white paint and cheap wood. For a recent start up firearm company to ask this much for this rifle is insane, it isn;t even that nice. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere or do a conversion. The fore end doesn't even look right, it looks like they took a Romanian forward hand guard and chopped off the donkey dick and rounded it out. I suspect that is what it is to save costs, as those stock sets are cheap and plentiful.

Did you look at the tigger guard? It's tucked under the mag tower. Now I did that with my first conversion until I got better and I never tried to sell it.

Ya that's the thing, it looks like a home built conversion. If I was going to buy a converted Saiga Id expect the holes to be welded at least.
