But they only have incomplete uppers but so what....... ill prob. get this upper for my part 2 ar-15 project......

I wouldn't worry about matching, I have a Sundevil lower on a CMMG upper and I bet most AR owners don' t try and match, especially now when parts are scarce.

AR15's are interchangeable. You can mix and match any brands you like. Finding barrels right now is areal pain

True for my first one ar-15.... but when I get around on the second one hopfuly the price will drop a little and parts will be better find....

I don't know that noveske upper i linked you to shouldn't last very long...

buy whatever you can find in your price range.. uppers a few months ago were very hard to find within a reasonable price range.. I'm not sure if that has changed

Better all depends on its use. 223 is more Practical. "Looks Cool" should not be in the equation.
