Ruger 9mm takedown that can accept Glock mags

It should take any 9mm Glock mag, any model or gen. I do not know if reversing the mag release requires ambi/G4+ mags though. You might be able to get away running any Glock 40SW mag loaded with 9mm as well.

That MAC video was great. Intresting how he noted how easy the bolt face taken off, perhaps there will be differant calibers.

Yes, it does. The mag latch is just like a handgun latch. I don't know which side is which though. I want to run the latch on the left side, but have mostly mags with a right side cutout.

Mine is supposed to get here next week and no wait period. Won't be able to shoot it right away but I'll give it a good feel.

Ruger doesn't AFAIK make a 10mm handgun, but yeah, 10mm in a carbine? Yes pls.

Now Ruger makes at least three... Black Hawk, Super Red Hawk, and 1911... maybe some variations of those. They keep adding 10mm's means more chance for an double stack auto soon. They could just release a 10mm PC Carbine with Glock insert only too. Ya never know.

I guess they could make a single stack insert as well if they wanted to?

I hope Ruger doesn't have a problem using a tungsten bolt like Remington did on the 597.

Sounds good if that's the case. The guy in the video said it incorrectly then.
