you obviously are not comfortable with this situation so don't follow through with this sale. cancel the sale on that particular CZ.
if Oak Hills has the other CZ with matching serial numbers, then re-DROS for that one. You don't lose your deposit and you will sleep better at night knowing everything is the way it was supposed to be from the beginning.
Oak Hills won't lose a sale AND they will be stuck trying to figure out their mistake.

I picked up the gun from my ffl on monday. They called me tuesday telling me they had two differant serial numbers on their paperwork, and asked me to bring the gun in so they could get their paperwork straight. I went in Wednesday and that's when we noticed the numbers didn't match. Thats when I started emailing cz usa and oak hill gun. I'm beyond the point of this being a simple fix.

Honestly, I would keep it. Having a serial number not matching is not a game changer.

That's a bummer. Hopefully you can get this straightened out.

The anticipation must be killing you (unless you've already been to the range....)

Someone messed up and hopefully CZ Custom can make it right by installing a Accushadow upper on your gun.

Contact Oakhill and get them to check the serial #'s on the last 75 Shadow and two 75 Shadow SA's if they are matching. The slides may been accidently switched at their store.

I just bought a CZ 75 Shadow from Oak hill. Was not happy with the purchase. I just DROSed today. I did not check the serial numbers.

Do you mind explain why you are not happy? I got mine from CZ Custom about a year ago.

Yes, please provide details. I had planned on purchasing from them but have reconsidered due to this thread.

                      Thanks!

Partly my fault. I ordered the SA model by mistake. I wanted the DA/SA model. Long story short they charged me a restocking fee of 10% plus shipping again so an extra $120 even though I called back before they opened the next morning. Hard gun to get and SSE is ending so I was SOL. Now i need to check the serial #s.

I got an e-mail this morning from oak hill gun stating that he has given Rob at cz custom my ffl contact information for warranty. I still haven't heard back from cz custom sense I talked to stewart yesterday. Ive been busy with family in town for the weekend and decided not to let this ruin my weekend. I plan to call cz custom monday morning and see what they have to say. As for now im going to enjoy my weekend and go trap shooting with my dad tomorrow. I apologize to anyone who might have purchased a gun through oak hill gun because of a thread I put in the deals section of the marketplace.

Yes the anticipation is driving me nuts. No I haven't been to the range yet, i dont want there to be any reason for either company to not fix this problem.

I was thinking that same thing last night. how cool it would be if that was cz custom's solution.

I'll check my serials on my SA/DA when I pick up on Wednesday. I PM'ed you the one that I already know from the barrel, in case there's a match.

FWIW, my transaction thus far with Oak Hill Guns has been flawless, except for the part where USPS most likely screwed me out of a SSE slot this year. That's no fault of Oak Hill's, though. They turned things around and sent out my gun in a reasonably timely manner.
