Nonetheless, it may have been better to keep that curtain just a bit longer to double down further on that single stack phenom. We'll, it makes sense for Glock to release a 9mm/.380 single stack this way. How many people who bought the .380 would have bought the 9mm instead, but since there wasn't one went ahead and got the .380?

If a 9mm comes out months later how many who bought the .380, but really wanted the 9mm, will pony up more cash for the 9mm version?

Sorry Lenny... I know you are a very successful master of marketing, but...

A single-stack 9mm Glock has been a 'red hot' topic of discussion for way too long (prior to the release of the G42)
for me to believe that Glock is about to introduce a new product that will essentially eliminate healthy G42 sales
and piss off current G42 owners... Although I certainly do understand why resellers like the Glock Store would LOVE it!

I'm certainly not holding my breath to SSE it. As stated, there are good alternatives currently available.

Sure, Glock will eventually release a single-stack 9mm when Glock believes the timing is right from a business and sales perspective...
It's release date will not be based on customer demand. Glock has already clearly demonstrated that fact with the release of the G42.

BTW Lenny.... I'm sure Tammy does a great job as an 'official Glockstore spokesperson'.
But, she actually is capable of speaking, right? Can't tell from the video or marketing pics.

Will at the minimum be heavier and have more recoil. Can't change physics.

While it is more likely that they could actually put it out now in light of the G42, the likelihood seems extremely small that they will while the G42 is still selling well. When the G42 sales level out, then maybe it would happen.

If they do, I'll probably buy one too
