Maybe for brief suppression fire, but then again what do I know.

I can only dual wield when I hold my guns sideways. That way the sights are closer together and it's easier to aim.
The actual value of above $.02 is less than $.01 after taxes.

It only works at a 90* angle.

I only did it once, and the hardest part for me was alternating fire left/right/left when trying to do it fast. After about four rounds I was pulling both triggers at the same time. As far as accuracy, I'm pretty sure every single bullet hit the earth.

This guy seems to have not much trouble.

Looks and feels cool but totally ineffective.

And ultimately, it was MUCH more accurate shooting single handedly

I've done it in a match and it works okay. My technique was matching high cap semi autos (no reloading), both guns up in my field of view, and pressing the triggers at the same time (not alternating). Not point shooting but not fully sighted either. For <7 yards I got good bodyhits, only problem was not shooting twice the rounds required out of habit.

I do practice shooting with my left hand more than most people, and I basically stick to one gun that I can shoot well without too much thought.

Double wielding is deadly and effective

I've racked up more kills by double wielding the 1897 shotguns than any other weapon combined.

Other than the video game world, hollywood or teenage fantasy I cannot think how double wielding is useful for anything.
