Slide won't budge. 4 different people to no avail.

Hold the slide firmly in your left hand... Ensure correct muzzle control... Slam your right hand... The web actually, between your thumb and forefinger into the blackstrap....

I think you will find the round ejects....

Of ourse if you are left handed...reverse the procedure...

        The round should pop out.

        DO NOT DO THAT LOL

If your comfortable doing so strap it in a vice and crank the slide back its just jammed in there.. Eject that case.. Make sure it is in a safe direction if you do so.

If not take it to a smith and hell basically do just that for $50+

I've had the exact same thing happen. It is often a case of an incorrect piece of brass used in a reload. I've had it happen with a Lone Wolf barrel, AND a Glock barrel. So it is not the fault of the Lone Wolf part. It is almost with certainty the round.

The procedure above WILL absolutely open the slide. Sometimes the round will still be stuck in the chamber, but at least the slide will be back. Then you can tap the round out.

Sometimes you really need to mash the crap out of the backstrap. Last time it happened it took 3 different guys to get it to unlock. Don't be afraid, just keep your finger out of the triggerguard.

It's a type 1 that won't extract. The video doesn't show how to clear that. haha. Trust me, tap, rack, flip won't fix that. the 3 guys that it took to fix my last FTE were all FrontSight range instructors. Sometimes you need a little brute force where simple malfunction clearing doesn't work. They say this type of failure is the end of the gunfight, unfortunately.

No im talking like vice and rubber mallet..

Pulling back isn't going to do it

Your going to need to bring your inner he man out for this.

Edit: If you have any clue what a 870 lock up is. Its basically the same thing. Accept you don't slam a glock on the ground.. Well unless your looking to be the next TexGrebner

Thank you precisely, so it's called a type 1 that won't extract?

I believe the correct terminology is just "locked in battery".

Out of the 3 major malfunctions, it is closest to a Type 1, and it is a FTE (failure to extract). But I believe locked in battery is the best. Maybe someone can correct. You can just call it a GDSOB like I do.

Try a rubber mallet. It'll come loose. The best part is when it comes loose, but you are so aggressive that you slam it right back and it gets locked again. that's really good times. haha

This has happened to me before with an aftermarket barrel.
I was able to clear it while at the range.
My buddy used a rubber mallet and hammered the slide forward, forcing the round to fully chamber. I was then able to fire the round and the casing extracted/ejected normally.
If your empty case doesn't extract/eject properly after firing, then just use a broken case extraction tool to remove it. Since the case in the chamber is empty/fired/not-live , you can use almost any "dangerous" maneuver you want to remove the empty case.
