I took my Glock 23 w/ lone wolf conversion barrel to the range not 50 rounds in I experience a malfunction that I cannot clear. The round is stuck in chamber but slide won't return to battery, slide won't move, and trigger isn't depressed, but it's not engaged neither any suggestions or could someone tell me what happened and why? I was shooting reloads, Gun is a gen 2 stock, less that 150 round total thru firearm.

That's not a problem with a Glock... that's a problem with a non Glock part.I took my Glock 23 w/ lone wolf conversion barrel to the range not 50 rounds in I experience a malfunction that I cannot clear. There is a technique to getting the round out. With your support hand strongly grip the slide BEHIND the chamber and ejection port.
With your strong hand jam your hand against the back strap pushing the frame forward and keeping the slide steady.
The round should pop out.NRA Life Member and Certified Instructor: Pistol - Rifle - Shotgun - PPITH - PPOTH - NRA Certified RSO

I've had that happen and I can commiserate with th OP..however... The solution is simple...
Hold the slide firmly in your left hand... Ensure correct muzzle control... Slam your right hand... The web actually, between your thumb and forefinger into the blackstrap....
I think you will find the round ejects....
Of ourse if you are left handed...reverse the procedure...Comment

That was my plan, but just doesn't seem right that it couldn't be cleared...Comment

I say look down the barrel and keep clicking the trigger. It might come loose..
DO NOT DO THAT LOL
If your comfortable doing so strap it in a vice and crank the slide back its just jammed in there.. Eject that case.. Make sure it is in a safe direction if you do so.
If not take it to a smith and hell basically do just that for $50+Comment
