When I had mine, the experience was like shooting an SBR with an uncomfortable stock. Handling and shooting was the same. Extention tube makes it usable, but no the most comfortable.

I don't have any problems shooting mine and it's as close to the entry weapons that I used to get to play with until I check out of this hellhole and into free territory. Additionally, it's attention-getting, folks offer to buy it and I get to explain how to complete an 80% to someone who would never ask the question otherwise. What's not to like?
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

Some of my firearms aren't purchased because they are practical,
Just like dirt bikes, snowboards, boats... some firearms are just for fun.

If all your purchases are just because they are practical, that's not much fun.

I can't wait to finish my pistol. when I find pre-12/12 prices.

Exactamundo! I also have another " unpracticed" toy, it's my factory five cobra!
Do I really need 535HP in a 2200lb car? Nope
Do I really need to do 0-60 in 3.5 seconds (or less)? Nope
            It's all about the fun!

I just use mine to blow stuff up at close range. I could see one being built as a shtf weapon though. I've also thought one in 223 may be an ideal bug out survival gun cause you can run 223 or drop in a 22lr conversion, while being smaller and lighter than it's rifle version.

Right there with you brotha...I have 3 motorcycles in the garage...two of which are only "legal" on a track. Where's the practicality in that???

I've got a paperweight on back order and the only question I am asking myself is do I go 5.56 or 9mm? Still havent found any conclusive info on whether I should just mill out for 556 and get the magwell, etc for 9mm or if I can mill the lower specifically for 9mm?

An AR pistol is a very practical weapon for squirrel hunting. If you miss, the muzzle blast will blind the squirrel so it can't run away very fast. This only matters if the shock wave doesn't just drop it dead in its tracks.

If you think an ar15 pistol is useless, try an ar57 pistol. I love mine, but 10 round mags are a bummer in ca.

First you are chopping up historic vintage rifles and sticking them in cheap and nasty looking plastic "dildo" stocks that look like some kind of futuristic sex toy that gay space aliens stick up each other's butts.

What is that thing? 80% lower in white. Upper in white. Hogue aluminum AR grip? Receiver plug from Spikes? And what kind of barrel/nut/internals are in it?

Makes liberals **** their panties, first and foremost.

Also quite effective when firing from a supported position.
