Glockstore.com Unreachable

I placed an order over 7 weeks ago. Nothing. Nada. Zip.

I also placed an order on the 28th of Dec, I received a confirmation email, but my card was never charged. I'm going to contact my bank and tell them not to approve any charges by Glockstore.

I was there last Friday. Three people in the shop including me. I asked about a trigger, some springs, but everything is all sold out. I then asked about my order (placed late December) and he looked it up for me. He wouldn't tell me how far down the list I was, I don't think most systems have that capability, but he did tell me they get shipments daily and they try to get things out as quickly as possible. sounds like they are doing the best they can, I will wait for my stuff, and I will do business with them again.

I ordered from their Ebay store 2 weeks ago.
Ordered on a Fri. Emailed them Mon inquiring tracking #.
Got an email reply Tues.
Received my order Wed.

I think I'll hang tight as well. Fortunately, when I called, they did give me a heads up about 2-3 months ETA for my custom Glock 17.

They should hire a few more folks...

Placed an order for 3 mags on 1/15. Found some at a local shop. Sent them an e-mail to cancel. Saw today they charged my cc. I guess I'll have 3 more mags In a few days. Never did respond to my e-mail.

Ergh, just saw a random charge of $189~ what it appears to be a 'partial order.' There is no email confirmation/notification. Looks like I'm going to have to call them for the details.

Glockmeister is in the same boat. 2/6 I ordered a Storm Lake conversion barrel that was IN STOCK then received the back ordered email on 2/13. Nobody answers their phones and emails are automatically responded with generic messages.

Actually, I called GlockStore earlier this afternoon, and after 5 long attempts (~15 minutes), I got through. Surprisingly, this time around, they had a female directing calls for customer service. I gave them my order #, and they said the usual... how they charge for things as they come in stock.

My main concern was that, when checking out (per their instructions), I gave them the shipping/FFL info required in the COMMENTS box. I asked the guy if he sees any of that info, and he said no but he'll also make a note that I want the parts that I ordered installed on the G17 Gen 3 that's part of my order. Then they asked me to have my desired FFL fax them their license/info. My FFL just told me that they don't have a fax machine, but had emailed them already instead. I'm thinking... @$#! because GlockStore doesn't even reply to their damn emails. Just have to be patient... sigh.

Some of my orders from 2 weeks ago finally started to ship..I think its getting better...

I ordered a couple magazines on 1/14/13 and they have not shipped.
The order says processing. I might have to cancel.
