Yes, Talon Grips has some that are wraparound for the popular guns. The reason I prefer to go with a skateboard size sheet is I can experiment on where I need the pieces. I don't always like having the entire grip wrapped in tape, by cutting pieces I can even carry without it snagging clothes and the sheet lasts forever.

Those there look nice and tight. Maybe i'll check those out. I can still chop the fingers off the gloves so I can feel that trigger as normal.

Those are not the ones I use, mine are leather. Those like a little flimsy.

Mechanix gloves are pretty good multi-purpose gloves, including for shooting. The ones on Amazon are higher quality than the ones sold at your local OSH.

For things that go bump in the night (while out on parole) are you goin' to stop and glove up?

Antiperspirant will give you dry hands, like the ones you should have when you pull it for SD/HD.

Clapping-hands does toughen the hands so that they grip better and slip less.

I run the thin aluminum grips from the CZ Custom Shop (used to be ghostholster) - Angus's shop. With skate tape on them. They work perfectly.

I second the above. Drop by your local Home Depot, or OSH, or Lowes, etc. You'll see that they have a large selection of gloves for men and women for a variety of chores and tasks. You can try them on for fit.

Bike gloves and batting gloves you can find at Big 5 and try them on there.

Same gloves as the "tactical" at half the price and without the goofy logo or name.

It's simply a matter of grip. Sweat=lubricant=less grip. Not "P*ssy handing* anything. Or trying to save friggin life. Whats up with some people acting like an F'in superhero on these threads. I ask for a simple glove recommendation and I get supercop wannbe over here talking about gloves being a manifest when saving lives... really?? Because we all save lives with our guns all the time right?? Im going to the range to shoot my hand gun that is all. Gheez.

Blackhawk makes a SUPER thin glove.. it had great dexterity and enhanced grip, but not much hand protection..

Mechanic gloves are too thick. You need a thin neoprene glove so it's very to move with and you can still get air to your hands.

I picked these up from Costco when they were $10 for the pair (picked up a few pairs). I used these during a handgun course in January and they worked pertly on a stock G21SF and had plenty of grip. The thin gloves did nit interfere inw the trigger guard like thicker gloves would.

If you carry concealed or ever expect to defend yourself or loved ones with a handgun, you should practice as you would find yourself in this situation.... NO GLOVES!

Howdy Gentleman,

I have a question about gloves. My hands tend to sweat and of course when dealing with a firearm I want to have maximum grip.

Can anyone reccommend a good glove? Maybe a particular brand? Preferably the lower the profile the better.
