Discovered I Like Glocks!

I really want to like the Glocks:
Consistent trigger pull, easier to maintain then Sigs, fewer parts, more affordable -

But I can't overcome the grip angle thing. I have fired my friend's Glocks, and no matter what the grip angle is the deal breaker for me.

It's ashame, because I really do like what Glock brings to the table.

I was there too. But when I picked them up, they pointed pretty straight. The sights make it easy to center.

meh everyone says their ugly but i like the look of them. i love my 22 rtf. i want a 1911 one day but ill always love my glock. wish i could get one of those advantage arms .22 conversion slides

I'm going to the range in Vacaville today to shoot my collection and rent a couple Glocks. I've shot the 17 and 19 before. You have no idea what I have and have not fired.

That is true. That's why I said *appears*... that leaves the necessary fudge factor in case you have shot a Glock before. Your post made it sound like you had not (you listed all issues and all things you like, and not a single one has to do with shooting), but I knew that possibility existed so I said it appears like you are going down the same path as with the CZ. I just don't want you to purchase another gun that you find out you don't like. That sucks. It sucks worse a 2nd time. I'm not ragging on you; just looking out for your best interests while also not trying to be your mom or anything

If your guns need manual safeties because you have kids, you shouldn't own firearms. I can't imagine a situation in my house, with my 1y/o & 3y/o, where I'd need a manual safety to keep my kids alive. That's what gun safes & supervision are for.

I used to hate glocks also until i borrowed my cousins G19 and 21....swore id never buy one because everyone else had one.

Well after shooting those two guns for more than one trip, i ended up getting over the childish idea of being different and bought myself a g19.

Going To go test it out tomorrow.

I'm expecting similar results to my cousins gen2

I've begun to turn as well. There's nothing like it with its natural point and low bore axis. I used to be all about Sig but I've been cured.

3, but its a 2009 with a 336 ejector.
