I wondered the same thing.
TC manages to be uber experienced and inept at once......long on web research, short on knowledge. G45, on the other hand takes that format to a silly extreme. I don't think TC and G45 are the same person, but being named in the same sentence should be offputting. Fun stuff..........manual of arms.....LOL*REMOVE THIS PART BEFORE POSTING*Comment

A lot has changed since your last posts, Gecko. I think you need to update your requirements. You should acquire some flashbangs, door breaching charges and smoke grenades for starters.
I'd also go with as many AR-platform rifles as possible, due to their modular nature. 6.8 SPC uppers for across-the-parking lot hostage situations, .50 Beowulf for punching windshields on mobile threats, and that sweet new .300 AAC Blackout (supressed of course) for your covert wetwork needs.Comment

I would have to agree with you here, while i do have an ample supply of flashbangs and smoke grenades, i never employ door breaching charges anymore due to an injury i sustained while making entry in a 747 that had been taken over by terrorists. Those damn charges are just too unpredictable and will disorient you if your dangling from a rappeling harness and have nowhere to take cover. I have a Mossberg 500 loaded with less-lethal rounds that i also carry 00 buckshot and slugs. After taking Magpuls shotgun dynamic instruction, i now prefer to switch our slugs if i need to breech a door.A lot has changed since your last posts, Gecko. The AR platform is good for Marines if you like having your gun jam on you all the time, I on the other hand put my life on the line every single day (not for small 6 month long deployments) against much more dangerous adversaries than mountain dwelling goat herders. MY enemies are much more heavily armed and more well organized. I need a more reliable weapon, 1 FTF is enough to get me killed, and if i go down, you better believe the thousands of helpless and frightened civillians i happen to be guarding will go down too. This is too much of a risk to leave in the hands of a weapon that has been proven unreliable at best.Comment

SNL should be notified immediately because this requires a skit.
Gecko, if you're not joking you need counseling.
However, I'm reasonably confident that the Gecko is a fraud but I don't want him banned from the site because he/she produces brilliant comedy.sigpic"Rebellion against tyrants is obedience to God." Benjamin FranklinComment
