Since you're in the Bay I'd recommend Valkyrie Arms in Milpitas. Great bunch of guys. I purchased my Glock 22 Gen4 by single shot exemption from them.

Only one that would come to mind would be Riflegear, but they're really light on handguns and I suspect not.

Might be an option for Ammo Bros, but I don't know if they would be open to it.
Perhaps with some nursing, might be able to get OC Indoor on board.

If you're looking for a FFL to receive single-shot transfers in the LA/OC area, then Riflegear and Straightline Tactical will accept them (Straightline is cheaper). I've called and asked Ammo Bros a few different times in the past few months and they won't do any single-shot transfers. If there are others, I'd like to hear so I don't have to drive as far.

In the LA/OC areas, not sure of any 07 FFLs that will build you a single-shot and DROS it for you, all at the same location.

That's what I was thinking about with Riflegear.
I know they'll transfer anything that's legal... a true FUD-free shop that knows the law.

But I was thinking of locals that will order the gun from their supplier and do the mods, saving the FFL transfer fees.

Ammo Bros in Artesia will not do any sort of Single Shot exempt firearms. Best bet would be Rifle Gear or OC Armory.

I handled one at PRK in Fresno awhile back. Cool little guns but i'm not sure i would trust a .380 to get the job done.
