Actually, this being the an online forum, your ambiguous statements leave a lot up for interpretation. You state "The stupid ones here would simply get busted" implying that they were breaking the law and are just too stupid to get away with it. Then you continue to state "The smart ones here would.....well, they would just go on enjoying life". I can very easily understand how someone would interpret this statement to mean that people smart enough to break the law and get away with it...well, they would just go on enjoying life.

You are still, as more than one person predicted here, wedging your 'interpretation' into my words. It is for people such as yourself that I broke it down so that even a child could understand it.

You still didn't answer my challenge to point out one single word that shows any felonious intent on my part. Sorry, but relying on the over-used, predictable (and VERY typical) "I'm too smart to buy that" and "You know what you meant and so do I" does not cut it. Not even close. NO. I know what I meant. YOU obviously didn't. It might be prudent, at least once in a while to just come out and ask "What did you mean by that? Because I'm taking it as this:......." But this "I know what you were thinking/implying" and "You can't fool me!" soundbytes are just so...........well it is what it always has been, I guess.

There has been way more rebuild kits sold or imported into this state than ever used to rebuild legit mags, used to convert to 10rnd mags, or squirrelled away for the End of Days.

Next time you see some 21yr old, or someone who is obviously new to firearms claiming his uncle gave him mags when he was a zygote, or he found a box along the freeway, think about what impact these abuses could have on your ever reducing rights.

Ignorance because I choose to not make a fool of myself by calling someone out on facts I don't know? Or to assume that people are breaking the law because they didn't dot all of their I's or cross all of their t's in being 100% open about what they are doing? That right there deserves a "none of your business." I think it's call self-filter and then research if it warrants such research on the subject matter at hand.

Edit: if this isn't already clear, from my earlier reference to SB12020 (c)(25)(A, My intent is/was to create 10 rounders, by blocking off a portion of the magazine aka feeding device, and permanently modifying it so as to not be able to accept more than 10 rounds.

I would have to say that your intent to modify was certainly not clear, particularly as 10 rounders are available - and again you "so that I might 'legally' acquire these MAGS" (emphasis mine) not "these kits" or "these parts" to make 10 rounders out of.

Much like all gun related things, a level of precision is required. I am sure there are people that would love to slam CGN for conspiring to circumvent the law and facilitating illegal behavior. Allowing people to post using wording that implies they are breaking the laws could be twisted to make CGN a party to the crime as they are facilitating the deal.

If you want to buy KITS or PARTS say you want to buy rebuild kits or parts to make legal magazines, not that you want to buy the magazines but just disassembled to get them into California. Your words are the only things out here that tell everyone what you want or intend to do. No one can read minds. Make yourself clear or face (rightful) censure.

Would CGN win? Maybe, maybe not. Either way, I for one don't want CGN wasting money defending itself over this crap rather than putting that money towards fighting to get our rights back and helping defend people that really need the help.
