i love my p228. it's my fave 9mm. unfortunately, my wife loves my p228 more, so she has appropriated it for herself. but if it gets her to the range with me, i don't mind.

Same here. Out of my 20+ handguns, it's her favorite. So somehow it became hers. I tried to buy her one of her own years ago. But she refused citing cost. I should have done it anyway. Then we'd both have one. But I suspect if we had 2, she'd just wear one on each hip and I still wouldn't have one.

It's the finest handgun I uh.... we uh.... she owns.

Sig's P226, P228 and P225 ( The very best one) are some of the VERY best 9mm pistols to have for self defense.

The are also VERY accurate.

lol...we already do. i have my p229 in .40sw with hogue wrap-around. 'her' p228 is stock. we generally get some interesting looks at the range.
