I really hope you are right. But in the meantime, we get shafted as usual.

Silver lining is all the old "unsafe" guns that are removed from the roster are going to be worth more private party, and at least microstamping is gone so the newer guns can be added.

I just really hope the roster is abolished once and for all. This chit is ridiculous.

Technically, CA still considers yours "unsafe" because they are not the "safe" version that is on the roster.

Well, for those who want to follow up with the removal of the guns you can check this webpage daily:

          Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

No, people much rather create multiple threads asking if a certain firearm has been dropped

The VP9 is a really good gun. Some won't like the lever mag release but I never minded it. I doubt the VP40B will ever get on the roster but if it ever does, not only does it have the great VP9 trigger, but it also has the button mag release AND you can put the VP9 barrel in it along with VP9 magazines to shoot either 40 S&W or 9mm. I know there are 40 haters out there but 40 S&W is my favorite handgun caliber and I love the VP40B.

I need a matching compact with my full size one. Not always feasible to have this one concealed. Which store have started taking deposits? I usually check with Ammo Bros.

I was debating between the VP9SK or the regular 4.09 optic ready, but I wasn't much of a collector on subcompact sizes after picking up the P365 already.

2AZone has their online deposit opened on their website. Been spending the past recent time with them lately with the P320M18, P365, and the M&P2.0. Love the service and appointment system where I am in and out within minutes. Thanks @waygeekierthanu !!!

I agree....if CA DOJ will takes off 3 pistol for every new one added....it will be helpful to argue that it is indeed a restriction and the roster will be overturned. Might be tough for a bit, but will be great in the end.

It is the Cali neutered model? I posted the link you quoted my comment from.

That?s just their rough ETA? it might possibly be sooner just like when they received their M18,P365,M&P 2.0.
It?s like a long shot but they don?t want to say ?ETA March 2024? and get everyone?s hopes up when maybe it won?t be a March ETA.
