Don't know what you normally wear. Your size may limit options if you're a shorts and t-shirt guy. Options open up with jeans and big shirts. Hardly any options for guys that just wear leotards.

Go with top quality stuff you like and can afford. As you know, the G19 is reliable, as with all your other selections. If you can CCW it, like it, it doesn't print, then go with what you want.

I was looking at trying to acquire a Sig 365 (its a small 9mm, great for CCW), but there are too many questions about reliability.

G19 due to capacity. If you *MUST* have smaller & lighter, the Shield is an excellent choice and very popular. Inexpensive to boot.

+1 on proper gun belt and holster along with clothes. Wife used to carry the Shield around in an OWB kydex holster with a saggy belt. Wasn't very comfortable for her. Convinced her (finally) to try using a better belt. That helped. She switched to carrying my XD-m 45 4.5" (caliber & capacity). That is a much bigger gun, but with the right belt, it wasn't so bad. I asked her to try my 1911. Absolutely not!!! I persisted and then she finally tried it. Kydex OWB holster and stiff gun belt and she said it carried better than the lighter, but bulkier XD-m!!! She now likes the 1911 on her hip too and is a believer. Last hurdle will be an IWB holster.

My EDC is a Sig Sauer P290. Small, light and very comfortable. I carry it in a Vedder LightTuck holster. I tuck on the weekends and untuck during the week. Fully loaded and holstered I'm under 2lbs on my belt.

I carry a Shield 90% of the time with a mag extension. 10+1. My next carry is a G19. I run a T-Rex side car for both. My belt is a Snake Eater tactical. I’m a shorts and t shirt guy.

Don't spend money on night sights. If it's so dark your night sights are lighting up then you can't see your target and what's beyond.

See for yourself by practicing shooting in low light with a flashlight. You'll find if you can just see your nightsights and they are bright you can't recognize a target about 10 feet away. If you're using your flashlight then you don't need your nightsights anymore since they will look just like regular sights.
