Glock 34 is ok but you may want to look into
Glock 21 is a super sweet shooter
Glock 29 for the just in case I need to kill Bigfoot n whatever is behind him.
Or go the other way and do a Glock 37 or a Glock 31Last edited by KrisDSA; 05-09-2017, 7:27 PM.WildLeaks.org -

That's a fine idea!! Are the 17L's on roster? I'd like to get one but checked the roster and there was no mention of it.....NRA ENDOWMENT LIFE MEMBER

My first Glock was a very early Austrian built Gen2 19. Then I bought a 17L from a guy at work. Last week bought a 30 because I missed my little Detonics. Now I'm thinking a 26 needs to find its way home - for the wife.
Just saw the above message RE the L coming out again. I'd be a player but I don't think it'll be available here and I don't have any parents/grandparents out of state. Originally (Gen1) they made a run of 1000 with slots in the barrel. Some of those barrels developed cracks by the slots so the next 1000 were unported. Mine was one of the 2nd 1000.Last edited by M1NM; 05-09-2017, 9:40 PM.Comment

If the 34 is anything like the 35 it will be AWESOME.
Personally I think the 19 is perfect for all around use especially considering we are limited to 10rd mags. I would skip the 17 in favor of a 34. If I ever wanted to, I would just get a 17 slide and barrel.
Since the 17L is not on the roster, it might as well be a Sig P210, i.e., getting one aint gonna happen unless you are exempt.Last edited by Tere_Hanges; 05-09-2017, 9:41 PM.CRPA and NRA member.

Talk me into another Glock
I really like my 20SF. I also got a 21 upper to go with it. Something about that big frame with the reduced grip really works for me. I shoot the 20SF/21SF better than anything I own. Can't miss with it.

OP, have you tried a 21SF?
The grip size is about the same as a double stack 2011, but the grip angle is Glock 17-like.
Accuracy will not be as good as your carefully built 1911s, but still plenty accurate. My 21SF groups tighter than my Glock 17 or 19.
No fancy race triggers for me, just a factory Glock (-) connector and a light polish of the factory parts.
I do change the factory sights to Dawson fiber optic front sights and Warren Sevigny rear sights, and I can usually hit the Angeles Ranges' 35 yard steel swingers 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10 if I concentrate.Comment
