    Talk me into another Glock

I see threads asking for members to talk other members out of buying things.

Well, I am on the fence about getting another Glock. And wanted to see if you would talk me into one.

I haven't shot my Glocks for a while, but since having a very pleasant reunion with a G17, glocks have been on my mind... again...

    I have 26, 30, 19, and 17. 17 is my favorite.

What has been on my mind:

    34 and 36

36 because the last time I handled one it felt good being smaller than a double stack 30. But it was a long time ago.

34 because.... well, I am not even sure if it will be all that different from my 17... but I don't have one, so maybe that is why...

Should I get one? Which one and why?

Cue big pimpin with some of course your should comment,

I'm under the impression that the G34 it's a g17 built to the specs of a 1911 side... And it's ready to compete with the 3.5 connector. I'm not even a Glock guy and I like the g34. How's that for motivation ?

If carrying isn't on your mind with the next purchase, go big or go home and get the long slide.

Had both, both are great. I prefer the 34, get it

          pretty weak... LOL.

let me explain why... I just got a couple of frames from VytamenC. they look like 9's, well at least one of them does.

I am just kidding by the way. 34 is what I expected pretty much everyone to say.

The only thing keeping me from buying more glocks is money. Otherwise I would have a lot more. On my list are the 34, 21sf, 26, 30s, and 36.

I personally dont see the need for the 17 (I already have a 19), I would rather have a 34, nicer trigger and longer slide. The 35 is very nice as well, in fact I think it is probably the best .40 cal pistol ever made.

Good point. Not sure why I got the 30 and 26... perhaps I was thinking that if the CCW permits would become a possibility I would carry one of those.

Maybe I will sell one or both...

Maybe I will sell you my 26 and 30s or SF or whatever it is. Oh wait it is a gen 4. I think they went away from s or SF designation for Gen 4s because I guess it is a slimmer frame standard.

9mm Glocks are my favorite 9mm pistols. My favorite is the G26. Second the G34. Sold the G17 and have no desire to own a G19 again. For me neither the G17 or G19 excel in anything. They are the jack of all trades if you could only own one nine millimeter Glock.

                        Why not 10mm? Glock 20SF

Ringing steel targets with a 10mm is a lot of fun!

Can you put a 30s slide on a Gen 4 30sf frame? If so, perhaps the best of both worlds for a .45.

Glock 20 or Glock 40 imo.

Don't waste your money. Buy more ammo and when you've shot 40,000 rounds through one of your glocks (practice with concentration), then go and buy another gun.

                              Rinse, repeat
