Never been a fan of stainless guns but that sir is beautiful!CZ does not put match sights on their stock SP-01. The sights are Meprolight Tru-Dot and these are ok for all purpose but if you plan on target shooting, then many change them out to Dawson fiber optic front sights and competition rear sights. There are so many upgrades available for the CZ SP-01 that pretty much the sky is the limit.
Here is my tricked out one from Cajun Gun Works.

CZ Sp-01 is a nice soft shooter for me. I prefer shooting the Sig P6. The price of a new Browning HP has prevented me from snatching one up for now. But it's on my short list as well. A nice blued version.I see your swartz is as big as mine, now let's see how well you handle itComment

Thanks everyone for the compliments. I bought this beauty from Doitbby as this was his collaboration with David at Cajun Gun Works. The only thing that I changed was the grips to the CZ USA black aluminum grips. That's why I say the SP-01 is so amazing. Totally customizable because there are so much support for this gun.Comment

I run a CZ 75 AccuShadow from the CZ Custom shop in USPSA competition. It is the best handgun I have ever run and I have run almost all the popular guns.
Having said that......the stock CZ 75 without customizations that you find in your local gunstore does not impress me. When the CZ is worked over by someone competent, it becomes a work of art.Comment

I'm going to go against the grain here. CZs are probably my favorite pistols overall and the ones I shoot the best over all. However, several people I used to shoot with regularly (and many of them I will say can outshoot me) did/do not like CZs at all from a personal perspective and do not shoot well with them compared to many other pistols.
I have a feeling they are only popular on cgn right now b/c they (along with glock) are amongst the few service type pistols that are still on roster at a price that is easy enough for most people to swallow. If the roster was gone they'd be a lot less popular and would come up much less frequently.
With that being said it seems like more stuff is slowly coming out for CZ since they are rising in popularity (good for me) although their prices have also gone up and availability somewhat down (bad for me).Last edited by penguinofsleep; 05-09-2016, 9:18 PM.Comment

Which finish is this exactly from CGW? The 97b I Picked up from you is at CGW now and I am trying to decide on the finish option for it. This or copperhead. Thanks everyone for the compliments.
